PROJ60 / DAY40 : The Sky Above Ablaze that only Lovers See.

People say that sunsets in Santorini are the most beautiful in the world. And they are. We were drunk on sunsets, climbing to the highest cliffs and most remote of hills on the island, chasing the sunset. Every sunset is magnificent, yet different. On one day, the sky is a delicate graduation of sky-blue, orange and scarlet as the sun disappears into the horizon; on another, as the sun sets behind a lone island, it dyes the sky a majestic blend of burnt orange and crimson. Still, it's always utterly breathtaking. Or maybe, this is us over-romanticising Santorini — maybe there are sunsets that are just as spectacular, we've just never sat so patiently to watch them.
